ARTWORK GUIDELINES:
After placing your order, a representative will contact you within 2 business days to gather sponsor logos and creative input for product design. All designs will align with your sponsor’s branding for consistency.

Preferred Logo File Formats:

• Vector Files: Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw (AI, EPS, SVG, CDR)
• High-Resolution Files: JPG, PNG, TIF

If logos are unavailable in the specified formats, our art department can recreate them for a fee to ensure high-quality printing. Birdie Media is not responsible for blurry or pixelated reproductions caused by low-resolution files. Alternatively, sponsor names can be printed in plain text upon request.
